Team Selection Process
On-Going Process By Invitation Only
The Team Selection component is a critical part of the overall system due to the important and critical role each member contributes to the Real Estate/Workplace efforts.
There are three (3) options provided by SyntheSys Partners, Inc. to each client to avoid conflict of interest and to ensure the open-book commitment of the firm:
- Conduct a full selection process involving the Certified Network Team Partners that have proven themselves under the process umbrella of SyntheSys Partners, Inc. to deliver the best-in-class service ... quality service at the best available price to Clients. The process involves inviting 2-3 service providers per each discipline, such as Architect/Design, Developers, Furniture, General Contractor, Real Estate Consulting/Brokerage, IT and other key service providers. We start with this certified list ... and obtain additional input from the Clients, as appropriate, to create the final list for the selection process.
- Bring its Certified Collaborative Team Partners of one (1) member per each service discipline from its list of Certified Network Team Partners, as indicated in item 1. above. These members are committed to a collaborative process to deliver the best-in-class service ... quality service at the best available price to Clients ... further savings resulting from collaborative process efficiencies and associated lower costs. We start with this certified list ... and obtain additional input from the Clients, as appropriate, to create the final collaborative team for the project.
- Also, SyntheSys Partners offers you the opportunity to ... and encourages you to ... contact collectively or any of the individual Certified Collaborative Team Partners as appropriate or needed for your project to discuss this collaborative approach.
