While giving something away at low or no charge may be a sin in many MBA books [receiver of services placing a low-value on the work of the services provider], we are neither concerned nor anxious in doing so given our professional 'pedigree', strengths & success. Here is our flexible fee model aligned with your success goals:

1. Hourly rate based - We ask that you research & obtain the best hourly rate for similar services and we will beat that number!

2. Square foot based - We ask that you research & obtain the best square foot rate for similar services and we will beat that number!

3. % based - We ask that you research & obtain the best % fee of project investment and we will beat that number!

4. Fixed fee based - We ask that you research and obtain the best fixed fee and we will beat that number!

5. Special rates based - For fledgling or budgetary strapped organizations, we are willing to work with you to ensure your business success.

6. No charge/Pro Bono based - Toward our commitment to the success of non-profit & those organizations involved in initiatives for the betterment of our communities, we will provide our services at no fee. Success of such organizations is very important to us - please call us on this.
